Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and approved drawings.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces for production.
Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Monitor machine operations and ensure components are produced as per specifications.
Perform basic inspection of components using vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Identify dimensional or machining defects and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain proper machine settings and follow standard operating procedures.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of CNC machines.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain production and inspection records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
