Experience in preparing itineraries, costing & documentation.
Experience in selling Domestic packages.
Expertise in online hotel & allied products booking.
Assist with amendments, cancellations, and refunds of bookings.
Contract rates from hotels/airlines and quote diligently to customers.
Maintain customer/enquiry MIS
Long-term commitment.
Develop customised proposals, exhibit packages, and delegate pitches based on client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and booth locations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Domestic Tour/Travel Operations - FIT / GIT / MICE
Postgraduate in Tourism & Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Operations and Sales.
Valuable Communication and interpersonal skills.
