Make outbound calls to prospective students
Explain course details and admission procedures
Handle enquiries and follow up with students
Maintain call records and update lead status
Convert enquiries into admissions
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills
Confident and pleasant phone manner
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling/admissions is an added advantage
