We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer for our Rajkot office in Gujarat. This is a full time, on-site role suitable for candidates currently residing in Rajkot or nearby locations in Gujarat. A candidate should be able to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for resolving technical challenges efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when required
Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and support processes
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
Deliver timely and professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Master`s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in technical or IT support
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support software
Valuable communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
