Job Description – Field Collection Executive

Position: Field Collection Executive

LOCATION : AMMAPET, SALEM

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned customer groups and collect loan repayments as per the repayment schedule.
Maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
Follow up with overdue customers and minimize loan delinquency.
Verify customer information and report any changes or issues to the Branch Manager.
Educate customers on repayment schedules, loan policies, and company procedures.
Deposit collected cash as per company guidelines and maintain accurate collection records.
Submit daily collection reports and update customer payment status.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
Coordinate with the branch team to achieve collection and portfolio quality targets.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
Previous experience in collections, banking, NBFC,



or microfinance is preferred. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Own two-wheeler is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Positive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Honest, responsible, and customer-focused.

Working Hours
Field visits begin in the morning as per the assigned route.
Six-day work week (as per company policy).
