Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, networking equipment, printers, Wi-Fi, switches and other IT assets.
Administer and monitor servers, storage systems, backups and related infrastructure to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Ensure IT systems protection, including antivirus, firewall, access controls, data security and regular security monitoring.
Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights and IT security policies across the organization.
Monitor network and server performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and system-related issues.
Plan and execute data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
Support the implementation, configuration and integration of ERP systems across departments such as Production, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Accounts and HR.
Coordinate with ERP vendors/implementation partners for customization, troubleshooting,



upgrades and user support.
Understand business processes and work with various departments to improve IT systems and ERP usage.
Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, systems, licenses, configurations, SOPs and security procedures.
Ensure timely installation, updates, patching and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
Provide technical support and guidance to users and conduct basic IT awareness/training when required.
Monitor IT vendors, AMC/service providers and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Assist management in identifying prospects for IT automation, process improvement and digital transformation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
