Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, source, and develop recent customers through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Generate qualified leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and potential customers.
Customer Engagement
Follow up on customer enquiries and leads in a timely manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and site discussions with prospective customers.
Build long-term relationships by providing qualified consultation and excellent customer service.
Sales Process Management
Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
Explain project scope, pricing, technical specifications, and commercial terms to customers.
Coordinate with the Sales Head for pricing approvals, negotiation strategies, and order finalisation.
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.




Sales Order & Documentation
Prepare and submit Sales Order Forms with complete customer and project details.
Ensure all required customer documents are collected before project execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of confirmed orders.
Payment Collection
Follow up with customers for advance payments, milestone payments, and final settlements.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department to ensure timely payment reconciliation.
Maintain records of outstanding payments and support collection activities.
Maintain regular communication with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
CRM & Reporting
Create and manage customer leads in the CRM system.
Update the CRM with every stage of the sales cycle, including enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, orders, and closures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
