Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCTV and security products.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Handle sales enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills accurately.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending payments when required.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, sales, and billing details.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
