Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety protocols.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure proper patient care.
Provide support and guidance to patients and their attendants.
Maintain professional standards of nursing practice.
