Sustainability - Business Development Executive
Identify and develop current B2B opportunities in Sustainability, ESG & Environmental Consulting.
Research companies to identify ESG/Sustainability gaps, requirements and potential business opportunities.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking and online research.
Connect with Sustainability/ESG, EHS, CSR, Finance, Procurement and senior management teams.
Develop prospects around ESG/BRSR, Sustainability Reporting, Assurance, EcoVadis, Climate/Carbon, Circular Economy and Environmental Compliance.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to develop suitable solutions/proposals.
Maintain lead pipeline, follow-ups, client database and sales reports.




Excellent communication, presentation, research and relationship-building skills required.
Sustainability/ESG knowledge or qualification in Environmental Science/Engineering, Management will be an advantage.
Key focus: Client Gap → Business Need → PEAPL Solution → Business Conversion.
