Job Description – Full-Time Phlebotomist Position: Full time Phlebotomist Location: Niyathi Health Care – Diagnostic & Blood Test Center, Ittamadu, Bengaluru Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Salary: ₹12,500 – ₹14,000 per month Weekly Off: 2 Sundays per month Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates Welcome Key Responsibilities Collect blood samples from patients at the diagnostic center and home collection locations. Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection. Follow standard phlebotomy procedures and infection control protocols. Label, handle, and transport specimens accurately. Maintain records of collected samples and patient information. Provide a comfortable and skilled experience to patients. Coordinate with the laboratory team for timely sample processing. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of collection equipment and work areas. Requirements Certification or training in Phlebotomy,



DMLT, MLT, or related healthcare field. Basic knowledge of blood collection procedures and sample handling. Positive communication and patient-handling skills. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred for home sample collection. Ability to work independently during early morning hours. Freshers with relevant training can apply.
