We are hiring Field Sales Representatives to grow our customer base and generate new business. The role involves visiting customers, finding new leads, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers and potential clients in the assigned area.
Generate current leads through field visits, references, and market research.
Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
Collect market information and competitor feedback.
Coordinate with the team for orders and customer requirements.
Requirements
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required as per role.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
