We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Trainee to join our procurement team. This is an excellent prospect for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience to gain hands-on exposure in purchasing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in procurement and purchasing activities
Create and process purchase orders
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and delivery follow-ups
Maintain purchase records and documentation
Support inventory tracking and stock management
Ensure timely delivery of materials as per requirements
Assist in vendor evaluation and price comparison
