ob Purpose:

To manage the overall day-to-day operations of the cafe and ensure excellent customer service, quality food & beverages, team management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Service
Oversee daily cafe operations and opening/closing procedures
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Handle customer complaints and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Monitor quality of food, juice, tea, burger and service [Branch]
Team Management
Manage cafe staff: Chef, Juice Maker, Tea Maker, Burger Maker, Delivery Staff
Create staff rosters, schedules and manage attendance
Train staff on menu, hygiene, billing and customer handling
Conduct daily briefing and motivate the team
Sales & Inventory
Monitor daily sales, billing and cash handling
Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging, and supplies
Coordinate with bakery team for stock and reduce wastage
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Admin & Reporting




Maintain records of sales, expenses, and wastage
Coordinate with Head Office for promotions and offers
Ensure compliance with health, safety and FSSAI guidelines
Report daily to Head Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years as Cafe Supervisor/Manager preferred
Education: Any degree/diploma in Hotel Management is a plus
Skills: Leadership, Billing, Customer Service, Inventory Management
Other: Basic computer knowledge, Valuable communication in Malayalam & English
Timings: Flexible to work in shifts

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
