Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to oversee and review accounting, financial reporting, MIS, cash flow, statutory compliance and internal financial controls on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and review day-to-day accounting, ledgers, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
Prepare and review MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet, cash flow and financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, budgets and financial records.
Review GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory compliances.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, consultants, banks and other financial stakeholders.
Review payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments and financial documentation.
Identify financial discrepancies, risks and control gaps.
Support budgeting,



forecasting and management decision-making.
Guide and review the work of the Accounts team.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and documentation.

Requirements
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESIC.
Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Robust knowledge of accounting, MIS and financial reporting.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Candidates with experience as Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or Finance Controller may apply.
