Skills & Experience: - 2+ years of experience as a Continental Chef. - Positive knowledge of Continental and salad preparation. - Skilled in egg salad and cold kitchen preparation. - Positive knife skills and food presentation. - Ability to manage mise en place independently. - Hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
Continental Chef Job Responsibilities: - Prepare Continental dishes, salads and egg salads. - Knowledge of vegetable, fruit and healthy salads. - Prepare salad dressings and basic cold kitchen items. - Handle cutting, portioning and presentation. - Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
