ECAT Group is looking for a qualified and experienced Commerce Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Commerce subjects to undergraduate and competitive-exam students and helping students build solid conceptual and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Commerce subjects in an engaging and effective manner.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, and practice questions.
Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Guide students in their academic and competitive-examination preparation.
Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom setting.

Subjects

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following are preferred:
Accountancy
Business Studies
Economics
Financial Management
Business Law
Cost Accounting
Taxation
Auditing
Other Commerce-related subjects

Eligibility




M.Com / MBA / CA / CMA / UGC-NET / equivalent qualification in Commerce or a relevant field.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
Teaching/coaching experience will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
