1–2 years of relevant experience in Safety / HSE, preferably in construction, MEP, HVAC, or industrial project sites.
Conduct weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks for workers.
Provide on-the-job training on the proper use of hand tools, cartridge tools, and machine-operated tools.
Maintain accident and incident logs, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded.
Identify potential hazardous areas and conduct critical safety inspections.
Ensure the correct selection and use of Personal Protective Equipment at the worksite.
Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare detailed investigation reports.
Issue work permits and inspect the work area before the commencement of work.
Monitor and enforce secure working practices at height.
Develop and implement secure work procedures and Job Safety Analysis.
Identify and report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate and conduct safety meetings with site personnel.
Perform daily site safety inspections and provide practical solutions to safety concerns.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
