Minimum 3 years shipyard experience preferred.
Carry out structural steel fabrication, fit-up, and assembly works.
Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and hull alignment plans.
Measure, cut, burn, align, and tack-weld structural plates, profiles, and stiffeners accurately.
Assist in structural alignment checks, gap measurements, and non-destructive testing (NDT) preparations.
Ensure proper installation of bulkheads, decks, shell plating, and internal structural supports.
Follow HSE guidelines and maintain protected work practices during hot work, rigging, and heavy lifts.
Coordinate with supervisors, welders, and crane operators for smooth structural execution.
Maintain housekeeping at the work area
