Welcome and assist customers visiting the Tata showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tata vehicles.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and offers.
Generate leads through showroom enquiries, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership objectives.
Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, CRM, and Delivery teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
