Handle Non-Trade Cement orders and Purchase Orders (PO).
Work with 4 cement brands:
UltraTech
Wonder Cement
Mycem
JK Super
Prepare and process PO according to client requirements.
Coordinate with clients regarding cement quantity, brand, rate, delivery location, and dispatch requirements.
Maintain daily Order & Dispatch Reports in MS Excel.
Update Excel reports for order quantity, dispatched quantity, pending quantity, and delivery details.
Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely dispatch and delivery of cement.
Maintain complete records of orders, POs, dispatches, and pending orders.




Follow up with clients regarding order confirmation and delivery status.
Handle client communication and resolve basic order-related queries.
Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of all order and dispatch data.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word required.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
