Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for passionate and knowledgeable Bank Exam Trainers to train and mentor aspirants preparing for IBPS, SBI, RRB, RBI, and other banking examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and exam-oriented coaching classes for banking aspirants.
Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, General Awareness, Banking Awareness, and Current Affairs.
Explain concepts and shortcuts clearly to improve students' speed and accuracy.
Prepare study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help students develop effective exam strategies and time-management skills.
Stay updated with the latest banking exam notifications, syllabus, and exam patterns.

Eligibility
Bachelor's / Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
Strong knowledge of banking competitive exam subjects.
