We are seeking an experienced Laptop Service Engineer to provide top-notch technical support and maintenance services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Conduct regular maintenance and upkeep of IT systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Document technical issues and resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations (if required).
Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
