Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Host/Hostess to create a warm first impression for guests and ensure smooth seating and guest coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests professionally.
Manage guest seating and table allocation.
Handle reservations and waiting lists.
Coordinate with the service team regarding table availability.
Assist guests with basic menu and restaurant information.
Handle guest queries and coordinate with the concerned team.
Maintain a polite, skilled and welcoming attitude.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a fine-dining or premium hospitality workplace preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and presentable personality.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
