We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect with 1–5 years of experience to join our team.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in B.Arch
Salary: Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
Prepare 2D & 3D architectural plans, elevations, sections, and presentations.
Design attractive and functional front elevations.
Coordinate plumbing, lighting, and other building services with architectural drawings.
Ensure designs comply with Building Bye-Laws and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
Assist with cost estimation, project planning, and project management.
Understand client requirements and effectively handle client interactions.
Coordinate design execution and resolve site-related architectural issues.
