Meta Ads Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns, preferably with a solid performance marketing mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and profitability.
Manage budgets and scale high-performing campaigns.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing and creative testing.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversions.
Work with the creative/marketing team to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports.

Mandatory Requirements
1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
Previous experience working on E-commerce projects is mandatory.




Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign analytics.
Ability to make decisions based on data and performance.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work from our Madipakkam, Chennai office at least 3 days a week.

Interview Requirement

Candidates will be expected to discuss their previous E-commerce projects using actual performance data.

Be prepared to explain:

Campaign Objective → Budget → Strategy → Results → ROAS/CPA → Optimization → Outcome

Candidates should be able to demonstrate what they personally worked on and the results achieved.

Compensation

Starting from ₹25,000/month + performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and expertise.
