Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and create a welcoming café experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, seating area, and service counters.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
Restock ingredients, cups, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment.




Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

Required Skills
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Adaptable to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
