We are looking for a Decision Science Tech Lead to drive data-driven business and operational decisions using Data Science, Analytics, Forecasting, Machine Learning and Optimization. The role involves leading analytics initiatives, managing stakeholders, mentoring a team, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analytics initiatives across forecasting, capacity planning, productivity, process optimization, service operations and resource allocation.
Translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Build/review predictive, statistical, forecasting, optimization and scenario models.
Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and decision-support solutions.
Lead and mentor analysts/data scientists and ensure quality delivery.
Work closely with senior business, operations, product and technology stakeholders.
Present analytical insights and recommendations to leadership.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex.
