Job Title: Business Development Officer / Executive – Valuation Services

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to lead client engagement with empanelled banks, housing finance companies (HFCs), and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). You will act as the primary liaison between our valuation firm and local bank branches to drive lead allocation, strengthen branch-level relationships, and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Relationship Management: Regularly visit empanelled bank branches, meet Branch Managers, Credit Managers, and Retail Asset Officers to secure business leads for property valuation.
Empanelled Account Growth: Maximize business volume from existing bank empanelments by ensuring high visibility and consistent engagement.
Client Onboarding & Networking: Identify current opportunities with public sector banks, private banks, NBFCs, and HFCs; coordinate registration and empanelment processes.
TAT & Coordination: Liaise between bank officials and our internal technical/valuation team to clarify documentation requirements,



ensure smooth workflow, and maintain low Turnaround Times (TAT).
Market Feedback: Track local real estate developments, competitor movement, and bank requirements to share insights with management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, field sales, or direct sales within Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate, or Valuation/Appraisal firms.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent).
Local Knowledge: Robust understanding of the local geography and banking network across Chennai and surrounding districts.
Communication Skills: Skilled fluency in Tamil and English (written and spoken) for daily client interaction.
Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for regular branch visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
