Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of mould assembly and dismantling.
Preventive maintenance of injection moulds.
Breakdown mould repair within MTTR targets.
Root cause analysis of mould breakdowns and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
Knowledge of hot runner systems.
Flash correction of moulds.
Continuous improvement activities.
Updating mould history cards and maintenance records.
Required Skills:
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in mould maintenance and preventive maintenance.
Valuable knowledge of hot runner systems and mould repair.
Ability to coordinate with production, tool room, and external suppliers.
