Qualification: Diploma/B tech in electrical engineering
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
CTC: 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
. Plan, execute, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at the site.
. Review MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
. Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project progress.
. Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing, drainage, and ELV systems.
. Ensure all MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
. Prepare daily progress reports and track project schedules.
. Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.

Manage subcontractors, vendors, and manpower associated with MEP activities.
. Check material quality, approve material usage, and maintain inventory records.
. Resolve technical issues and provide site engineering support.
. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications.
. Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspections and handover activities.
. Prepare as-built drawings and completion documentation.
. Maintain proper documentation related to work progress, measurements, and billing.
