About the Role

We are looking for an experienced R&D; qualified to work on iron‑based pharmaceutical products. The role involves process development, optimization, troubleshooting, scale‑up, and technology transfer for injectable/API formulations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize iron complexes (ferric/ferrous) and related products.
Conduct lab and pilot‑scale experiments for new product development.
Work on reaction chemistry, complex formation, precipitation, oxidation/reduction.
Develop processes for iron sucrose, ferric carboxymaltose, iron polymaltose, iron isomaltoside.
Optimize product quality (molecular weight, particle size, solubility, stability, purity).
Troubleshoot yield, precipitation, and batch consistency issues.
Document process parameters, reports, and scale‑up protocols.




Collaborate with QC, QA, Production, and Engineering teams.
Support pilot trials, validation batches, and technology transfer.

Desired Skills
Solid knowledge of iron chemistry and coordination chemistry.
Hands‑on experience in iron complex/API development.
Understanding of oxidation/reduction chemistry and process parameters.
Experience in process optimization and scale‑up.
Ability to correlate process parameters with analytical results.
Robust troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Preferred Background
Candidates with direct experience in pharmaceutical/API injectable iron products will be highly preferred.
Exposure to process development, scale‑up, and tech transfer in pharma manufacturing.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
