Role: Amazon Executive
Experience: 1–3 years in Amazon / E-commerce operations
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the Amazon seller account.
Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions and images.
Manage product pricing, inventory and stock availability.
Process and monitor customer orders.
Handle returns, refunds, cancellations and order-related issues.
Monitor account health, performance metrics and seller notifications.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Manage Amazon promotions, offers and advertising campaigns.
Analyze sales, product performance and inventory reports.
Respond to customer queries and resolve marketplace-related issues.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
Required Skills:
Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of product listing and inventory management.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
