Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive who will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements and hiring.
Maintain employee records, HR data and documentation.
Assist with payroll coordination and employee-related documentation.
Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
Support employee engagement and training activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular HR reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, particularly Google Sheets.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
