HEAD – OPERATIONS | CONSTRUCTION

Position: 01 Position

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil preferred; Diploma Civil with robust relevant experience may also be considered.

· Lead complete construction operations and coordinate Project Manager, Civil/Site Engineer, Supervisors, Contractors and Labour.

· Manage project planning, scheduling, execution, quality, cost, material, wastage, timelines and client coordination.

· Develop and implement SOPs, reporting systems, MIS and accountability systems.

· Robust practical experience in residential and turnkey construction, team leadership, contractor/labour management and problem solving.

· Software: Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, Project Management Software; basic AutoCAD preferred.

· Quality standard: Must be a practical construction leader who can make the system work on site, not only an office administrator.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
