About the Role

ADSONZ is looking for a Travel Executive to assist with travel coordination, customer enquiries, flight-related requirements, and travel documentation.

The role is suitable for candidates with IATA certification or relevant travel industry training and an interest in travel operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
Assist with domestic and international travel requirements
Support flight booking, ticketing, cancellations, and rescheduling
Prepare basic itineraries and quotations
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers
Assist with travel documentation and visa-related coordination
Follow up with customers and service providers
Maintain booking details, customer records, and daily updates
Coordinate with the internal team to complete client requirements on time

Requirements
IATA certification or relevant travel training preferred
Basic knowledge of flight booking and ticketing




Understanding of domestic and international travel processes
Good English communication skills
Malayalam communication is preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable coordination and customer-handling skills
Ability to work independently from home

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or other GDS platforms
Basic knowledge of international airfare and ticketing
Knowledge of travel documentation and visa assistance

Experience
0–2 years
Freshers with relevant IATA certification or travel training can apply
