Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident candidate for a Field Sales role. The candidate will be required to work primarily in the field, meet potential customers, promote company products/services, generate leads, and support sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers regularly as part of field work.
Generate new leads through field visits and other sources.
Meet customers, understand their requirements, and explain company products/services.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer requirements.




Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Travel to different locations as required for customer meetings and business development.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
Willingness to work in the field on a daily basis.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to travel to different locations.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates who are comfortable with field work and regular travel are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
