A Casual Team Member in a café helps with day-to-day café operations and provides excellent customer service. Typical responsibilities include:
Welcome customers and take food and beverage orders.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold drinks, and basic food items.
Operate the POS/cash register and process cash and card payments.
Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer requests politely.
Keep tables, counters, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and hygienic.
Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other café supplies.
Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.
Support the team during busy periods and work efficiently under pressure.
Assist with opening and closing the café, including cleaning and stock checks.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Help maintain a welcoming, friendly, and skilled café workplace.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
