We are looking for a confident and well-spoken to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, generate leads, and support customer communication for our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/prospects as per provided data
Receive and handle incoming calls professionally
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
Maintain daily call records and customer details
Coordinate with sales and office staff for follow-ups
Resolve basic customer queries and provide information

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & basic English)




Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, calling software)
Pleasant personality and positive attitude
Ability to handle rejection and work .

Experience
Freshers can apply
0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support preferred

Office timing: As per company policy
Weekly off: As per office schedule
