Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Placement Manager to manage student placements, build corporate relationships, and generate employment opportunities for our students.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and HR professionals.
Generate job and internship opportunities for students.
Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and selection processes.
Guide students on resume building, interviews, and career preparation.
Conduct placement activities, mock interviews, and career sessions.
Maintain placement records and prepare regular reports.
Achieve monthly and annual placement targets.
Coordinate with Academic, Sales, and Service Teams.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Placement / Recruitment / HR / Corporate Relations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid networking and follow-up abilities.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience in an educational institution or EdTech company is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
