We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell high-rise residential apartments.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Explain project features, pricing, and amenities.
Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
Follow up with customers and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
0+ years of experience – Freshers are welcome.
Passionate about sales and customer interaction.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
