Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily lawn tennis coaching sessions as per the academy schedule.
Train students in technical skills, footwork, fitness, match play, and game strategy.
Maintain discipline, safety, and sportsmanship on and off the court.
Assess player performance regularly and provide structured feedback to the Academy Manager.
Prepare players for tournaments, selection trials, and inter-academy competitions.
Ensure proper use and care of tennis equipment and court facilities.
Follow the coaching curriculum and training methodology prescribed by the academy.
Be present and actively coach during all practice sessions, tournaments, and events assigned.
Coordinate with fitness trainers and support staff when required.
Maintain attendance records of players and submit reports on time.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
