Domestic Service Executive – RO Water Purifier

Job Location: Nolambur, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai,
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month
Additional Allowance: 4,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Attend customer service calls and complaints for domestic RO water purifiers.
Perform installation, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of RO systems.
Inspect water quality and identify technical or system-related issues.
Replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, and other RO spare parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve RO purifier service issues efficiently.
Explain RO system operation and basic maintenance to customers.
Maintain service reports and update completed service details.
Collect service charges or AMC payments wherever applicable.
Follow up with customers for AMC renewal and periodic maintenance.




Maintain skilled relationships with customers and provide good after-sales service.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
Experience in domestic RO/water purifier service is preferred.
Basic knowledge of RO systems, pumps, filters, membranes, and electrical components.
Good troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Perks
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 per month
Additional Allowance: 4,000 per month
