The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth prospects, the position offers a salary of ₹9000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make high-volume daily calls to prospective clients based on provided data, marketing campaigns (Meta Ads/Portals), or database.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify reliable buyers, understand their requirements, and qualify them for the sales team.
Project Pitching: Explain property details, including location, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers in a transparent, polite, and persuasive manner.
Site Visit Scheduling: Convert telephone inquiries into confirmed site visits and appointments for senior sales executives.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with interested leads via phone, SMS,



or chat to nurture relationships and ensure conversion.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and lead status in CRM systems or Excel sheets.
Query Handling: Address client questions regarding payment plans, documentation, and project specifications.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
