Job Responsibilities
Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Recommend suitable domestic/international travel packages and destinations.
Prepare customized itineraries based on customer requirements.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Explain package details, pricing, inclusions, and terms to customers.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and travel experience.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with experience in Travel Sales, Tourism, Sales or B2C Sales will be preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Robust customer-handling and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
