Position: CRM Specialist
Ownership: Sanction to Final Disbursement
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of cases after loan sanction
Conduct the Welcome Call and guide clients through the post-sanction journey
Manage the complete process from Application Form to Final Disbursement
Track registration status, due dates, builder demands & disbursement timelines
Coordinate with Clients, Bankers, Builder/Developer CRM Teams & Internal Team.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and ensure timely completion of every milestone
Who Can Apply?
Min. 2 Years Experience in Home Loan CRM, Mortgage Operations or Banking
Solid coordination, communication & ownership skills
