We are looking for a Enthustiastic, smart and responsible and well-organized Dispatch Manager to manage daily dispatch activities, coordinate with sales, warehouse, transport, and customers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate daily material dispatch and delivery schedules
Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport details
Follow up with warehouse team for packing and loading status
Coordinate with drivers / transport team for vehicle arrangement
Track dispatched materials until delivery completion
Update dispatch status to sales team and customers
Maintain dispatch records and reports
Handle delivery issues, delays, and customer queries professionally
Ensure proper documentation and timely communication

Requirements
Any degree / diploma
Basic computer knowledge required
MS Excel knowledge preferred
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle pressure and follow up regularly
Experience in dispatch / logistics / coordination will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
