About the Role

Position Overview

The Field Sales Executive converts assigned leads into signed rooftop solar orders. This role involves visiting prospective customers, inspecting roof and electrical setups, explaining system cost perks and government subsidies, closing the sale, and collecting initial documents for net-metering.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Meetings & Site Inspection
Visit company-provided leads (homeowners and small business owners).
Measure roof area, check shadow areas, and check the electricity meter/bill.
Sales Pitch & Closing
Present solar proposals, system cost, monthly electricity bill savings, and payback period.
Explain government rooftop subsidies and payment options.
Finalize deal terms, sign the customer agreement, and collect the advance booking payment.
Paperwork & Handover




Collect customer documents (ID proof, electricity bill, property papers) for net-metering application.
Hand over site details to the installation team for seamless project setup.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Graduate in any field.
Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (Solar, Inverters, Telecom sales is a major plus )
Skills: Valuable communication skills in local language, basic understanding of home electrical systems, and comfortable riding a two-wheeler for field visits.
Vehicle: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
