Responsibilities
Train current employees on US Logistics & Truck Dispatch operations.
Provide practical training on DAT, Truckstop, load booking and rate negotiation.
Train employees on broker/driver communication and shipment tracking.
Conduct mock calls, practical sessions and performance assessments.
Prepare training materials and SOPs.
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in US Logistics/Truck Dispatch.
Solid knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, TMS, ELD and US trucking operations.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain processes clearly and train freshers.
Previous training/mentoring experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
