Handle patient/client counselling and explain clinic services and treatments.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable treatments or services.
Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into appointments and paid consultations.
Maintain regular follow-ups and build solid client relationships.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth patient handling.
Maintain records of enquiries, appointments and conversions.
Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, cosmetology, aesthetics or similar industry.
Good communication and counselling skills.
Confident, qualified and customer-focused personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
Ability to handle clients professionally and work with targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
